Resilience Power Hour

Positive resilience is when we can do more than simply cope with challenges, but increase our ability to persevere, grow and thrive.

If we think of our energy as a battery, the charge fluctuates.  Sometimes we feel energised both physically and mentally, sometimes we feel drained as if our battery is flat.

If we proactively build our positive resilience through understanding its different elements, it enables us to keep our battery charge topped up.  It helps us get to the end of a busy and challenging day and know we still have resources available.

In this short practical one hour session we explore the concept of positive resilience and how developing this means we are not just about being able to cope with challenges but developing our ability to persevere, adapt and grow.  Through this we access our potential for happiness and success.
