What Prioritising Wellbeing is about

This workshop is in collaboration with Hazel Todd Mindful Coaching and Consultancy. Its a practical and participative workshop giving attendees the time to stop and think about their mental wellbeing and what they’re currently doing that’s helpful and what’s unhelpful. Enabling them to draw on established thinking around wellbeing and develop their own personal plan.
