Experience

Marion Hewitt is a senior HR professional, drawing on her expertise acquired over a career across different industries and sectors. Helping people to do their best work, and be engaged and reach their potential in a culture that enables and empowers them. She decided to setup her own business to take her experience into other organisations

Background

Although Marion has many years of experience, she also has a love of learning and is always seeking to broaden and deepen her knowledge.  This has included an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology in which she attained a Distinction.  This study was a transformative experience and is expertise she draws on in many aspects of her work.  Her passion is enhancing holistic wellbeing. This is for both  individual wellbeing and wider organisational success.  

The work she does today is a mix of training and coaching, along with assessment for level 7 CIPD students.  Workshops and webinars cover mental health, self-care (the Self-care Power Hour has been delivered to thousands of people to consistently positive feedback), Mental Health First Aid, and has recently included neurodiversity.  This interest comes from both its link to wellbeing and wider personal experience of supporting those around her.

Personality

Outside of her work, she is a keen tennis player and appreciates the wonderful area she lives in with long walks along the coast path and countryside of Dorset and Hampshire.
