Although Marion has many years of experience, she undertook additional qualifications. Achieving Diplomas in Personal Performance Coaching and Corporate and Executive Coaching (with Distinction). Her own continued professional development is important to her as she works to further improve her skills and experience. She believes there is always more to learn and new ideas to make coaching even more effective. With her belief in the power of coaching, she has her own coach to ensure she maintains this focus.

Personality

Outside of her work, she is a keen tennis player and appreciates the wonderful area she lives in with long walks along the coast path and countryside of Dorset and Hampshire.
