Experience

Prior to joining our team as an Associate, Janell White was the Vice President of Human Resources within the Aviation sector where she implemented People strategy, managed organisational change programmes and coached managers to become effective leaders

Background

Janell is the Managing Director of Trinity HR, which provides outsourced HR support and advice to businesses. She also delivers management and leadership development programmes that provide tangible individual and business results. 

Personality

Janell is originally from South Africa and is a keen Springbok rugby supporter. She is married to Craig and they have a young daughter, Mikayla. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking, reading and preparing food to enjoy with others.
